1. General
  • A Minimundus admission ticket entitles one (1) guest to one-time entry to Minimundus.
  • The ticket is valid for one (1) calendar day, namely on the day on which it is validated at the entrance terminal (gate) upon entry to the exhibition.
  • The ticket expires on the day after the end of the season for which it was purchased.
  • The entry medium is non-refundable, non-transferable on the day of redemption and must be used by the same person for the entire day.
  • The ticket is only valid during regular opening hours as posted.
  • Opening hours may be changed or the exhibition closed at short notice without prior notice (e.g. in the event of adverse weather conditions, imminent danger, etc.).
  • Booking process and payment
  • The right is reserved to introduce additional restrictions at short notice and to change the range of services offered without prior notice.
  • The essential features of the service are described in the online shop. This presentation is not a legally binding offer to conclude a contract.
  • The contract between the customer and Minimundus (as service provider) is concluded as follows (booking process):
The customer selects a specific service in the online shop in the desired quantity and places it in the virtual shopping cart. In the next step, the contents of the shopping cart, i.e. the selected service(s) and the fee for them, are displayed. At this point, the customer has the option of removing services from the shopping cart. This is followed by entering personal data, whereby all mandatory fields must be filled out completely and truthfully. The payment method must also be selected. Finally, the customer must confirm that he has read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions or the data protection provisions for the booked offer. The process is completed by clicking “BOOK”. The buyer thereby submits a binding contractual declaration.
If the offer is accepted by Minimundus, to which there is no legal entitlement, the customer will receive a booking confirmation and an online ticket by email to the email address previously provided after the payment has been successfully processed. This concludes the contract between the customer and Minimundus.
  • The prices shown for the services are all in euros, including the statutory Austrian sales tax (VAT). Before completing the order, the customer receives an overview of the total price including any additional services.
  • Various payment options are available in the online shop. In the case of payment by credit card, the customer can reverse the payment in the event of misuse in accordance with the regulations of the respective card provider. Regardless of the payment method, the customer must always bear their own bank charges.
  1. Delivery / provision of the ticket
  • For booked services, the customer receives a booking confirmation by email including a QR code or a digital ticket (both hereinafter referred to as “ticket”). This fully fulfills the service of the online ticket shop.
  • The ticket must be presented when using the service in Minimundus or scanned at the entrance control (gate). Otherwise, the service cannot be used.
  • By redeeming the ticket to use the service, the customer or a different user of the ticket submits to the general terms and conditions of use of the service provider.
  • Duplication or other manipulation of tickets is prohibited. The ticket is read by the relevant device at the service provider and thus invalidated. The principle of first access applies. This means that as soon as a ticket is invalidated, subsequently used tickets with the same identification are automatically invalid.
  • In the event of misuse (e.g. unauthorized disclosure to other people, provision of false data, etc.), the ticket will be confiscated or blocked by the service provider without compensation. Any justified suspicion of misuse will be reported. In the event of misuse, the service providers reserve the right to no longer offer the affected customer any further services.
  • The customer must immediately report the loss or theft of a ticket to the service provider in order to have the ticket blocked. Until this report is made, the redemption of a ticket by third parties is at the customer’s expense. The service provider is not liable for lost or stolen tickets.
  1. Messages from the customer to the service provider
  • The service provider and their contact details can be found on the booking confirmation or the ticket. The data provided by the customer during the booking process will be used by the service recipient for the purpose of processing the contract.
  1. Right of withdrawal, cancellation conditions
  • There is no right of withdrawal for tickets purchased in the Minimundus online ticket shop in accordance with Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 FAGG. Any cancellation conditions of the service providers that deviate from this remain unaffected.
  • Cancellation of tickets by the customer is not permitted. There will be no refund of the fee for services not consumed. However, the customer is free to reach an amicable agreement directly with the service provider. Otherwise, the statutory provisions and any general terms and conditions of the service provider apply.
  1. Data protection
  • Customers’ personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the processing of services within the online ticket shop. No personal data of customers will be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the contract.
  • The service provider has full rights to process anonymized data, in particular for statistical purposes.
  • The service provider is not liable for the content of the data transmitted by the customer.
  • Further information can be found in the data protection information / data protection declaration, which can be accessed at www.minimundus.at.
